**Release Blitz & HUGE Giveaway** Taming Damian ~ Jessica Wood

She destroyed me. Can I still love her?

Damian Castillo is the man, the legend, the heartbreaker—the self-proclaimed man-whore that doesn’t believe in love or commitment. That is until he meets Alexis Blythe—the innocent, strong-willed small town girl who didn’t immediately give into Damian’s charm. With Alexis, Damian sees something more than just hot, no-strings-attached sex, and against his inner resistance, he gives into his feelings for her.

But just when their relationship begins to bloom, something unexpected threatens to break them apart. Will Damian leave Alexis and go back to his playboy ways and break yet another heart? Or will Damian’s love for Alexis be strong enough to convince him to stay and fight for a woman that’s like no other he’s ever met before?

“Damian, we’re in the ladies’ bathroom.” I made no attempt to zip my dress back up. Even I knew my words of protest were empty as my breathing became more ragged and uneven and I arched my body toward him. So why am I so turned on?
“Then let’s not waste any time then.” His hold tightened around me as I felt his fingers unclasp my bra. “Let’s see if I can make you come before someone comes in.”
Instead of resisting, I dropped my purse to the ground and felt my body respond on its own as I shifted my hips and heard the dress slide down my body. A second later, my bra joined my dress and purse on a pile on the floor. Before I could think through my emotions, he grabbed my face and lowered his lips down to greet me. His kiss was rough and forceful as he backed me up against bathroom sink and lifted me up on top of the cold black marble counter. His hands secured mine against the mirror behind me.
“Now, do you want that? Do you want to come before someone comes in?”
I swallowed hard and nodded, unable to say a single word.
“Now take off your panties.” He wasn’t asking and he wasn’t demanding. He was stating a fact that he knew would happen. His smoldering eyes were dark and dangerous as he watched me push my panties down my legs and onto the floor next to my dress. He moved his hands down my legs, and by the way his hands secured me in place, I knew this wasn’t the first time he’d done this before.
I suddenly gasped as he pushed my legs apart and leaned into me. I felt his hard erection rub against my inner thigh through his pants and an excruciating need grew in the pit of my stomach. I saw my hands reach for his white tuxedo shirt, and before I could register my actions, I ripped his shirt open with both hands, revealing his hard, chiseled, tan chest. I heard the buttons fall down the porcelain sink and against the marble countertop. My breathing was sharp and uneven as my gaze moved down his naked body that peaked through his ripped shirt. My eyes widened when they landed on the hardness that was pushing through his slacks. He groaned as my hands moved up his pants and brushed up against his erection.
“Let me out.” His commanding voice was ragged as his eyes rolled back in pleasure. I obeyed and unzipped his pants. I gasped as his erection immediately poked out of the opening to greet me. He had gone commando tonight.

Jessica Wood writes new adult contemporary romance.

While she has lived in countless cities throughout the U.S., her heart belongs to San Francisco. To her, there’s something seductively romantic about the Golden Gate Bridge, the steep rolling hills of the city streets, the cable cars, and the Victorian-style architecture.

She loves a strong, masculine man with a witty personality. While she is headstrong and extremely independent, she can’t resist a man who takes control of the relationship, both outside and inside of the bedroom.

She loves to travel internationally, and tries to plan a yearly trip abroad. She also loves to cook and bake, and—to the benefit of her friends—she loves to share. She also enjoys ceramics and being creative with her hands. She has a weakness for good (maybe bad) TV shows; she’s up-to-date on over 25 current shows, and no, that wasn’t a joke.

And it goes without saying, she loves books—they’re like old and dear friends who have always been there to make her laugh and make her cry.

The one thing she wished she had more of is time.

Kay’s journey of a lifetime started in the woods outside of Asheville, North Carolina. It was there that the 17 year old met a beautiful man along with a monster. The chance encounter led her to an unbelievable world that shouldn’t exist; a place where myths and fairy tales were real, and in some cases, deadly. Kay knew she would have to brave this new world if she hoped to find a cure for her terminal cancer.
With a strange yet beautiful cast of characters that she would meet along the way, Kay uncovered truths that would change her life forever. However, before it was all over, it would become clear that Kay wasn’t the only one with problems.
Yet another 17 year old young woman was fighting for her freedom and her life.Kira had lived in a magical world that Kay had only dreamt of. Despite this, her life had not been filled with many good things. As a matter of fact, she considered her empty, emotional solitude the only positive aspect of her life. She fought daily battles to escape abuse and torture.
Trained to be an expert assassin, she was charged with kidnapping Kay and delivering her to Kira’s master, Lord Donovan.
As the two young women set forth in their journeys, their paths would cross in unimaginable ways. The only question that would remain was who would come out alive and whole in the end?

WARNING: This is a upper ya/young adult/new adult fictional story that includes some explicit language, graphic violence, and mild sexual situations. Recommended for ages sixteen and up.

EXCERPT:

Talk about tension. This was frigging ridiculous.
Nick stormed outside, leaving the door wide open. It didn’t take a rocket scientist to see that he trusted Ryan about as far as he could throw him. Looking at Nick, I was actually betting he might be able to throw Ryan kind of far. That made me giggle to myself, and Ryan just looked at me curiously.
“What are you laughing at, Kay?”
“Oh, I don’t know. Take your pick. You. Nick. My life. My now broken ankle. The fact that I now know faeries and werewolves exist. In fact, just book me on the train to Crazyville because apparently, that’s where we’re headed next.”
Ryan looked at me silently, obviously questioning my sanity. I couldn’t blame him as I was questioning my sanity myself.
“Just get me to the kitchen, please.”
He scooped me up in his arms and carried me to the kitchen like the groom carries the bride over the threshold. Nice, but awkward. We stood in the middle of the kitchen, and I looked up at his face to see him staring back at me. He did that an awful lot. It was as if he was looking for some answer that I couldn’t give him.
“Well, thanks for the lift and all, but you can set me down now. Over there by the sink would be great.”
He set me down gently as if I was porcelain. “Sorry about that. I just didn’t want you to hurt your ankle and figured carrying you would be easiest.”
“Thanks, Ryan” I couldn’t help smiling at him. Something about him warmed my insides somehow.
I held on to the counter and reached up into the cabinet for some of my meds. I found the bottle with the little blue pills for pain and nausea and held them in my hand. “How long do you think we’re going to be gone? Maybe I need to write my mom a note or take some stuff. Think we’ll be back in an hour or so?”
“I don’t think we’ll be gone long. It depending on how far away Nick lives. Then we can bring you back here and get some of your things if you’d like. Pack you up before we take you home.”
“I am home, Ryan. As far as I’m concerned, this little trip is only to prove you wrong. Then I’ll be coming back here and waiting for my mom to get home so I can NOT tell her about my NON-exciting day with my NON-date and my NON-werewolf sighting.” I cringed a little at the end of my tirade. It wasn’t fair to take it out on him, but I was a bit tired from the stress and I was getting a little cranky.

Crystal and Melissa often live half their lives with their heads in the clouds dreaming of alpha military hunks, werewolves and kick ass heroines crazy enough to chase after creatures that they unquestionably should know better than to chase.
Their first YA novel, The Burning Star, was released in May 2012. Big Bad Bite is their second novel, but their first adult paranormal romance. They are now working on their next two novels, Walk On The Striped Side and Secret Maneuvers. With these projects underway, they are looking forward to showing the rest of the world their crazy stories, heroes and heroines that often plague their minds until written, and hope you will join them on their journey!

When Sean Loves Rusty

Sean wanted to go to him. To wrap his arms around the boy who always included him, to the man who always comforted him.
Instead, he squeezed the pillow tighter and willed Rusty to turn around. If he would just turn around.
“Bravado. It was all bluff. I was scared shitless. Every time we moved, I was scared shitless.”
“What were you afraid of?”
“Of being alone.”
“Is that why you’re with me?” Rusty unfolded his arms and scrubbed both hands through his curls. “No, of course not. You would never have to be alone if you didn’t want to be. With the way you look, with the way you are, you’d just have to give a guy one of those sideways looks and he’d follow you anywhere.”
“No, Rusty. No. They wouldn’t. I wouldn’t.”
“You did. You said you really wanted to go to Boston.” Rusty turned around. The tears streaking his face broke Sean’s heart. “And I said I would follow you anywhere.”
“And now you don’t want to.”

**BT** Dazed ~ Connections 2.5 ~ Kim Karr

Jagger Kennedy never went looking for fame, he just fell into it. After scoring a major modeling contract, his clean-cut good looks and charm catapulted his career. But when his actress girlfriend breaks his heart, he moves to L.A. to try his hand at acting. He needs to make a change, and the last thing he’s looking for is love…

Aerie Daniels is a woman in control … until she meets Jagger. Her surprising connection with him leaves her stunned, and it’s unlike anything she’s ever felt. But just when she lets her walls fall, she makes a startling discovery about him that breaks her fragile heart into a million pieces.

To keep from losing the one woman he can’t bear to be without, Jagger is willing to give up anything—including his career. But even that might not be enough to regain Aerie’s shattered trust…

A fabulous addition to the Connections series. We get an introduction to the man that is Jagger Kennedy (<3 that name). Jagger has had quite the charmed life. With absent parents, he still has risen above his family's money and become a success all on his own. Hanging out with his newfound cousin, River, he never expected what happened to fall in his lap.

Aerie, we've met before. Sweet heart of a girl. Best friend to Dahlia. A sweet girl who's been burned and used in the past. Wary of trusting the "cupcake thief", the more they talk, the more she's enamored. The more she's on edge of putting her heart on the line again.

Kim Karr is an amazing author. This is widely known. She has a talent for storytelling and keeping the reader on the edge of their seat. If you haven't dived into the Connections series yet, please do. It sat on my kindle forever until I finally read it, and I was constantly asking myself why I took so long.

**Bt & Giveaway** Throttle Me ~ Men of Inked ~ Chelle Bliss

Men of Inked Series Book #1

Suzy’s a control freak and has her life mapped out - work hard, find a man with a stable job, and live happily ever after. She’s content with the status quo, but her plan comes to a screeching halt when he enters her life and turns it upside down. City gave up on love when his heart was crushed in college, preferring to be the typical bachelor. He spends his nights hopping from one bed to another and his days working at his family tattoo shop, Inked. A chance encounter on a dark road makes him question what he had sworn off forever – a relationship. A night of passion and lust causes them to question everything. Is City the knight in shining armor to the damsel in distress? Can their relationship survive when a fantasy falls apart and a secret comes out that changes everything?

Throttle Me was amazing!!! Chelle Bliss did a fantastic job. She's a superb author with a huge future ahead of her. She creates complex characters with interesting mixes of personalities to her novels.

Suzy is a control freak. She watches ~her language. She's on a path to find the perfect man for her. One who lives up to her parents expectations. She's got her checklist, and he has to meet every single expectation. That was until she was stranded on the side of the highway, and she meets him.

City is a fly by the seat of the pants kind of guy. He's got his tattoo business with him family. He's got his bike. He's got his family. He's got no shortage of women. Then he meets Suzy, and she's a class act. Is the tattooed bad boy good enough for her?

Good Lord, this book was amazing!! I didn't want it to end. I can't wait to read about the rest of the Inked family, I'm sure it's going to be a wild ride. Props Chelle Bliss, you got a new fan here at Turn the Page.

“Do you swear?” I asked as she set the glass back on the bar.
“What?” She gaped at me.
“Do you swear? Simple question. You’ve said ‘heck’ and ‘friggin’’ so far, but nothing dirty.”
“Oh, um, yeah, I swear.” Her cheeks turned pink and a small smile spread across her face. “I’m just used to watching my words with the kids around all day.”
“Prove it,” I said as I stared in her blue sapphire eyes.
“What? Why?”
“Cause I need to know if it’s in you. Are you all good girl or is there more under there dying to come out?” I hid the smile and laughter that was so close to breaking free from my lips. The pink of her cheeks spread across her face. I know I embarrassed her, but fuck, I needed to know if I stood a chance.
“Yes, I swear. What do you think I am? I’m not a child, City.” She glared at me as she raised the drink to her lips and wrapped them around the rim. Fuck I wanted those lips wrapped around my shaft, taking me deep and sucking me off.
“Never said you were, babe. Do you drink besides tonight?” I asked, now smiling because I knew she was upset. I liked the fire I saw in her eyes when I pointed out her good girl qualities – she obviously didn’t like being labeled.
“Sometimes. I’m just responsible. I don’t drink and drive. My dad used to be a cop and it was drilled into my head at an early age.” The words she spoke hit me like a ton of bricks. Drunk driving was the one thing in the world that caused my blood to boil.
Good girl teacher with a cop father? Just my luck. “Nothin’ wrong with that. Virgin daiquiris aren’t always your thing, then?”
“Why? Do I have to be a drinker? I mean does it make me less of an adult?”
“No, Suzy. Just trying to get a feel for who you are – what you are.”
