Love of a Rackstar is the story of single mom, Marlene Parker. She was a girl who was lucky enough to find her soulmate early in her life. Her only fault was thinking he would chose her and their unborn child over his love of music. She was wrong. Now he's back; back to show her that he made the wrong choice and break through the wall she erected when he broke her.
Luke has no clue the rocky road he has in front of him. He knows he's made a mistakes and is ready to own up to them and be the man his daughter needs him to be. If only he can convince Mar of that in a mere 4 days. Will he succeed?
Taking into consideration this is a de but novel for author Nicole Simone, she did a fantastic job. The character were very well developed and had an instant connection. I was really surprised. It was an enjoyable read that I will more than likely read over and over again. I was sucked into the dynamic relationship between the 2 of the main characters easily. I was very pleased to not read another angsty NA read. I'm anxious to see what Nicole has in store for her next book. :)
