Cayce Poponea / Absolute Power I received this book in exchange for an honest review Absolute Power (Southern Justice book 1) Blown away by this one.... Absolute Power was absolutely perfect! Set in the south this story definitely pulled at my heartstrings. The attachment I formed for the true life and spot on characters could be construed as obsessive. To say the least I LOVED IT! Thankfully it was the first of more stories to come and made the final pages more bearable. Truly I could have continued to read several more chapters. Author Cayce Poponea has set a precedent for the hot southern gentleman and so called damsel in distress. Do not take that literally! Dylan Morgan and his brothers were raised up to be proper gentleman. Claire is brilliant young woman trying to escape her backwoods family legacy.(Being from Kentucky I got a definite chuckle out of this perception) When theses two collide... watch out! Full of emotional up and downs, I was crying one minute and mad as hell the next! I wouldn't be a responsible reviewer if I didn't urge y'all to read this series next.
