I've read every single novel from Lani Lynn Vale and she never ceases to shock me with her work. The fact that she has put out so many novels in such a short amount of time and yet, every singel story line is different. No two are alike. She's writing stories that have been done but each is different in its own way.
Tai has a savior complex. Yet, in the past, he seems to screw it up someway. Or at least so he thinks. This makes it hard for him to allow himself to fail even when the circumstances are anything but ideal. When Mia seeks him out, he realizes, not only is she the most amazing thing he's ever seen, but this may be his chance at redemption.
Mia hasn't had it easy. The curve balls life has thrown her has challenged her at every turn. Now, She's faced with the ultimate challenge as she tries to save the life of the one person she can't face life without. Her son. Enter Tai, Mia & Tai form a bond that seemly can not be broken by any means. Together they face a tumultuous future.
We were introduced to the two characters from her upcoming novel Flash Point, even in one chapter together, the sparks were insane. I can't wait to read their story. Another 5 star novel from Lani!!
