Amy's Thoughts~

I'm feeling a little Shattered after this book. J. Bailes, where have you been all my life?

She knows how to convey these emotions in her book. I felt like I was feeling everything Allie was going through.

Allie has been put through hell. she lost her father to cancer, her brother by war, and her first love, Wyatt,  for reasons unknown. Now on top of this, her mom is pulling a disappearing act for days on end. Allie turns to her best friend, Blake, for comfort. As Blake slowly picks up the piecesof her shattered heart & puts it back together, her world crumbles again, and again, and again. Can she take much more?

Allie is a lot stronger than she thinks. Between Blake & her best girl friend, Sophie, she's able to move on. Regardless of her many, many unanswered questions.

J. Bailes puts the reader through an emotional ringer! I laughed until my sides hurt, I cried the big bad ugly cry. Immediately after I finished it, I messaged her and was full of chatter about whats to come. Waiting for Shaken 2 is going to be very hard, but it's also going to be worth it. It's going to be one of the *epic* Love Stories.
